The Pantano Disaster Action Team is sponsoring a quick-pass style Technician licensing class. The primary instructor will be Gail Peterson N7BXX and I (Keith KR7RK) will be helping him.
Classes will be held Tuesday the 27th, Thursday the 29th, and the following Tuesday February 3rd from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Homework in between classes will primarily consist of taking practice tests online. After the 3rd session we will provide a licensing session. Classes will be held at Pantano on the East side (near Houghton and Old Spanish Trail).
We tried this approach last year and had good success.
If anyone knows someone who might be interested in taking the fast track to their ham ticket, have them contact Keith, or Gail to get on the student list.
