Turn onto Pennington St. from Congress and proceed around the turn to your right. As you pass the first building on your right you will come to a drive or alley. Turn right into the alley. Immediately to your left after entering the alley, you will see an entrance into the underground parking garage with a "drop-down bar" and a glassed in security guard room. You will have to stop at the entrance and check-in with the guards. Proceed down the ramp to the right. At the bottom of the ramp, follow the drive to your left then right and proceed about 100 feet. You will come to an enclosed area (cinder block) which houses the elevators, a cafeteria and the EOC. This only sounds hard, you'll figure it out. If the guard directs you to "A" Level then all you have to do is go down to "B" level, and look for a sign that says Emergency Operations Center.
