Meeting at EOC
Present: Chuck Michels KB7RFI, Henry Zappia N7HND, Joe Thompson N3SRU, T.J. Gugliotta KD7LUP, Dan Donnelly KC7VDA, Tom Long N7HOR, Renee Peyton.
Decision was made to schedule general membership meeting for the purpose of conducting a training review for hospital operational procedures, and updating all ID Cards. Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday,7:00PM on January 14, 2008 at the EOC. We will also plan for a Q and A session. All members will be encouraged to attend.
Chuck has also updated some of the RACES training charts. He also suggested a need for consistent language during hospital communications between all parties. EOC support personnel are scheduled to be moved by 15 Dec 2008.
Chuck related that Communicator and Siren are being used for notification of RACES personnel for all emergencies.
